End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 1st, 2024

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and LogicBaker Company Limited ("Licensor") for the use of software, services, or related content ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Grant of License

• LogicBaker Company Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• The license is limited to the use specified in the purchase or service agreement.

Restrictions

You may not:

1. Copy, modify, or distribute the Software.
2. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
3. Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
4. Transfer the Software to a third party without prior written consent from LogicBaker Company Limited.

Ownership

• The Software is the intellectual property of LogicBaker Company Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You acquire no ownership rights in the Software or related materials.

Updates and Modifications

• LogicBaker Company Limited may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software at its sole discretion.
• Such updates may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• LogicBaker Company Limited does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LogicBaker Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated:

• LogicBaker Company Limited may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms.
• Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the Software.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Your Country. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Your City, State.
