Subscription Agreement

Effective Date: March 1st, 2024

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between LogicBaker Company Limited ("Company") and you ("Subscriber") and governs your subscription to and use of the services provided by LogicBaker Company Limited. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subscription Services

• The Company provides access to the following subscription-based services: premium content, analytics tools, and advanced features.
• The Subscriber agrees to use the services in accordance with this Agreement and any related policies.

2. Subscription Fees

• Fee Structure: Subscription fees are based on the plan selected by the Subscriber (e.g., Basic, Pro, and Enterprise).
• Billing Cycle: Fees will be charged on a monthly basis.
• Payment Method: Payments will be processed using the payment method provided by the Subscriber.

3. Term and Termination

• Term: The subscription begins on the Effective Date and continues until terminated by either party.
• Termination by Subscriber: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing 30 days notice.
• Termination by Company: The Company may terminate the subscription for non-payment or breach of this Agreement.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds for subscription fees are subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused portions of the subscription.

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

The Subscriber agrees to:

1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
2. Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement.
3. Ensure timely payment of all subscription fees.

6. Service Modifications

• The Company reserves the right to modify the subscription services, including features and pricing, upon prior notice to the Subscriber.
• Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the subscription services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Your Country. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Your City, State.
